Junior Receptionist
TeamMoto is Australia's largest motorcycle retailer with 14 dealerships throughout Queensland and New South Wales.
Our administrative team is based at our Head Office in Slacks Creek and provides support to all of our busy dealerships.
We are looking for a Junior Receptionist who will:
- Sort and distribute all incoming mail
- Assist the Senior Vehicle Supervisor
- Answer incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Enter data for marketing tools
- Complete filing
- In stock all new and used motorcycles
- Perform any other general administration and reception duties
You will need:
- Excellent communication skills
- Competency in Microsoft operations including word, excel and outlook
- Typing skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
